Meeting
The Georgia Commission on Dispute Resolution has appointed
a task force to consider whether the Commission should encourage
more uniformity of court ADR rules. The Georgia Office of Dispute
Resolution will post court rules on its web site. The task force
will (1) examine the rules to determine the extent of divergence
in language and substance; (2) identify areas of substantive divergence
and (3) make recommendations as to areas in which more substantive
uniformity is desirable.
