This section contains the Alternative Dispute Resolution Rules
promulgated by the Georgia Supreme Court to establish a statewide
plan for alternative dispute resolution processes in Georgia courts.
It also contains the Model Court Mediation Rules on which local
courts can base their rules of procedure. Lastly, this section contains guidelines promulgated
by the Georgia Commission on Dispute Resolution for mediation in
cases involving domestic violence and in cases where the mediator
reasonably believes a child is abused.
