The Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution serves as
a resource for ADR education and research; provides technical assistance
to new and existing court-connected ADR programs; provides training
to neutrals in court ADR programs; implements the Georgia Commission
on Dispute Resolution's policies regarding qualification of neutrals
and quality of programs; and collects statistics from court-connected
programs in order to monitor their effectiveness.
