Neutral Account Login Help

Please read through the instructions carefully before you begin your renewal application

 

If you are already a neutral registered with our office, an online account has automatically been created for you.  But the first time you use the new online system, you must first activate your online account:
 
WARNING: DO NOT USE THE BACK BUTTON ON YOUR WEB BROWSER OR YOU WILL LOSE INFORMATION
This system is designed to work with Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Safari web browsers.
Please turn off pop-up blockers, or allow pop-ups for login.godr.org
 
Step 1
Activate your account by clicking “Activate Registered Neutral Account” on the login page.
Step 2
Enter your login ID using the first 4 letters of your last name + the last four digits of your social security number. Click “Submit.”
 
User ID Examples: John Smith 123-45-6789 would be SMIT6789
Susan Fox 987-65-4321 would be FOX4321
Step 3
Fill out the form ensuring that all required sections are completed. Click “Submit.”
Step 4
Enter a password ensuring that all posted password requirements are met. Click “Submit.”
Step 5
Answer the three challenge questions. Click “Submit.”
Step 6     
Return to the login page and login to the system using the first 4 letters of your last name + the last four digits of your social security number as the User ID and your newly created password as your password. Click “Login.”
Step 7
Select registration details.
 
If you attempt to activate your account and you receive a message indicating it has already been activated, please follow the steps below:
 
Step 1
At the login page, login to the system using the first 4 letters of your last name + the last four digits of your social security number as the User ID and  ‘password’ (without quote marks) as your password.  Click “Login.”      
 
User ID Examples: John Smith 123-45-6789 would be SMIT6789
Susan Fox 987-65-4321 would be FOX4321
Step 2
To update your contact information, click on “Update Contact Information.”
Step 3
Update your password by clicking “Password Self-Service” then clicking “Change Password.”
Step 4
Update answers to the challenge questions by clicking “Password Self-Service” then clicking “Change Challenge Response Answers.”
 
Once you activate your online account, you can go directly to the login page whenever you want to access your account.
